Review: Awful management,
I was asked to help with flower deliveries over the Christmas period (£3.50 per delivery) I gave my availability for the week before Christmas and was asked to confirm those days.
I arranged childcare as I needed some extra money for Christmas. I turned up on 18th December and the lovely ladies who work in the shop had no idea I was coming and said there wasn’t any work for me. I contacted the owner who apologised and said they would compensate me £15 for the day. He then asked me to confirm I could come in the next day as I would definitely be needed. I was half way to the shop the next morning when I received a text message saying there wasn’t any deliveries and I wouldn’t be needed (with an apology).
I sent a message asking if they would definitely need me over the weekend and was told there would 100% be deliveries to do. Again, I arranged childcare. In the morning I sent a message to say I would be there in half an hour , only to be told I wasn’t needed and they were cancelling me for the following day as well.
When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that it’s not guaranteed work and if they don’t have deliveries, what are they meant to do? Well for a start, make that clear before you ask people to confirm days.
I didn’t receive the £15 compensation and my messages have now been ignored.

Review: My husband ordered flowers for my birthday last week via interflora. The order was fulfilled by The Flower Corner. They were delivered at 7.22pm long after my husband had tried to contact the shop to see where they were (no answer).
